ABOUT THE COMPANY - A newly established automotive group, multiple sites in prominent locations across Melbourne's CBD Inner Precinct.

ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for handling front of house requirements for Retail, Internal and Warranty work.

YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION -

• Scheduling service appointments and managing fleet and retail customers for Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars
• Utilising DMS (ERA) proficiently and accurately
• Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
• Manage clientele to the highest service standards in-line with company policies and expectations

WE ARE LOOKING FOR -

• A Dealership experienced Service Advisor and/or Service Receptionist
• Energy, commitment and team work
• Full Australian Drivers Licence
• Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
• A strong communicator who takes ownership and control of the customer
• Positive energy
