We're looking for a Senior Corporate Lawyer (8+ years PQE) to take ownership of sophisticated transactional work and help drive the growth of our Corporate practice - with the autonomy to run matters your way, backed by a collaborative team.

Some Of The Responsibilities You'll Be Trusted To Run

• Lead sophisticated corporate and transactional matters end-to-end, including private M&A (share and asset sales) from due diligence through to completion
• Advise founders, boards and executive teams on strategic corporate and governance matters, capital raising, and equity incentive arrangements (including ESOPs)
• Build and own senior client relationships - acting as a trusted adviser, not just a transaction executor
• Play an active role growing the Corporate practice, converting opportunities through your own networks and market presence
• Mentor junior lawyers and help set the technical and cultural standard for the team

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years' PQE in corporate law, with a strong private M&A track record from a reputable private practice
• Confidence running deals independently, with minimal supervision
• A commercial mindset - you give practical advice grounded in what clients actually need
• A genuine interest in growing a practice, not just servicing one
• A collaborative approach to mentoring and team culture
