Revit Documenter | Multi-Residential Construction

We’re currently working with a well-established Melbourne builder who is looking to add an experienced

Revit Documenter / Draftsperson to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the construction process and wants to work on high-quality multi-residential projects from a builder-side environment.

The role

• Produce detailed construction documentation using Revit
• Work across apartment and multi-residential projects
• Develop plans, elevations, details and documentation packages
• Coordinate documentation with project, design and construction teams
• Assist with design development and resolving documentation issues
• Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and construction-ready
• Work closely with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams

We're looking for

• 5+ years' experience in architectural documentation / drafting
• Strong Revit capability is essential
• Experience with apartments, multi-residential or large-scale residential projects
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with project teams
• Construction-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
