The opportunity

We have an opportunity to join our highly regarded Perth Corporate Partners. You'll work on an interesting mix of M&A, Private equity, and Venture capital matters and advise on sale processes, share purchase agreements, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, Australian foreign investment rules, warranty and indemnity insurance, corporate restructures and general corporate, and commercial matters.

Ideally, you will have

  • 3+ years PAE;
  • corporate, commercial, M&A lawyers who have the skill set and passion to draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts;
  • experience or interested in working in a number of sectors including in the M&A, private equity and venture capital
  • good working knowledge of contract law and strong drafting skills;
  • appetite to mentor our junior cohort.
