We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to step into this role immediately, while waiting for the new permanent incumbent to commence.

The People & Culture Manager will lead the people agenda for a growing and dynamic organisation.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, this is a senior opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Leading the People & Culture strategy and broader HR function.
  • Providing trusted advice to the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Managing employee relations, performance, remuneration and HR compliance.
  • Leading talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • Driving employee engagement, culture and retention initiatives.

This is a temporary opportunity with an ASAP start.
