  • 10/4 roster | 1012 hour days | DIDO from Perth
  • Regional WA projects, primarily across the Wheatbelt and Goldfields with an ASAP start

About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client in a key supervisory role, overseeing road stabilisation and spray sealing works across regional projects. The position will be responsible for leading site crews and subcontractors, coordinating daily operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and in line with required quality standards.

Key Responsibilitie s

  • Supervise daily road stabilisation and spray sealing operations.
  • Lead crews, operators and subcontractors on regional projects.
  • Coordinate labour, plant, materials and site activities.
  • Liaise with clients, Project Managers and site stakeholders.
  • Ensure works meet safety, quality and project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate QA, production and site documentation.
  • Monitor productivity and resolve issues to keep works on schedule.

Experience Required

  • Extensive experience supervising road stabilisation and/or spray sealing projects.
  • Strong practical knowledge of foam bitumen, cement, lime and emulsion stabilisation.
  • Previous experience leading civil or road construction crews and subcontractors.
  • Strong understanding of road construction, QA and safety requirements.
  • Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
  • Ability to work a 10/4 roster across regional locations.
  • Current drivers licence and ability to meet mobilisation requirements.
