About The Role
If you are a highly enthusiastic and motivated self-starter, we want you to fulfil our 3-month casual appointment to the role of Support Officer. You will provide support to our very busy Business Development & Commercial team in our Perth CBD Office.
DUTIES
This role will assist and/or be responsible for following areas:
- Administrative support to the WA based Client Partner team
- Customer queries and liaising with potential clients
- Drafting adhoc reporting as required
- Providing costing quotes to potential and existing clients.
- Confirming quotes and finalising sales.
- Develop and manage the business development client databases
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will be well organised and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills together with the following:
- Strong administrative background
- Exceptional customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
- Well-developed data entry, Excel and MS Word skills
- High accuracy level and attention to detail
- Computer know how – Previous experience with a CRM is highly regarded
- Analytical & problem solving skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Team player, contributor, and self-motivation a must!
