About the Role
As a Trust Manager, you will work closely with our Health & Personal Injury (H&PI) clients, providing exceptional trust management services and supporting individuals and families through significant life circumstances. This is a highly rewarding role where your work directly contributes to improving clients' financial wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
You will be responsible for delivering a high level of personalised service and building trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their unique needs and circumstances are understood and managed with care, empathy and professionalism.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a thorough understanding of each client's personal circumstances, goals and support requirements.
- Delivering exceptional day-to-day service and proactively supporting clients to achieve positive outcomes.
- Managing a portfolio of trust accounts and ensuring compliance with all relevant controls, governing documents and legislative requirements.
- Reviewing and administering trust arrangements, including court orders, trust deeds, wills and other governing documentation.
- Monitoring account activity, including overdrawn accounts, uninvested funds and other compliance requirements.
- Working collaboratively with specialist teams including Advisers, Investment Specialists, Tax Specialists, Property, Operations and Paraplanners to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Seeking guidance from senior team members and subject matter experts to resolve complex client matters efficiently and effectively.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional client experiences.
You will bring:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a client-focused environment such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Community Services, Customer Service or Contact Centre operations.
- A genuine desire to make a positive difference in clients' daily lives.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with a diverse range of clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Fiduciary knowledge is desirable but not essential.
- An understanding of risk and compliance obligations within Financial Services is advantageous but not required.
