We’re looking for a warm, personable and proactive Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at Lancemore Crossley St., a design-led boutique hotel in the heart of Melbourne’s theatre district. If you love hospitality and genuinely enjoy helping others, this is your chance to be part of a small, supportive team that prides itself on authentic guest experiences.

About The Role

• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth guest experience
• Respond to guest queries with warmth and professionalism
• Provide local knowledge and information on hotel services and amenities
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all bookings are correctly recorded
• Answer emails and phone calls promptly and courteously
• Support breakfast service and our very popular Hosted Hour
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative and front desk tasks
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure service excellence
• Help resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively
• Contribute to a positive team environment that delivers memorable experiences

About You

• A natural people person with a warm, professional communication style
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Experience in a similar role is ideal, but a great attitude is more important
• Comfortable with technology – experience using hotel systems is a plus
• RSA preferred; barista/bar experience also welcomed
