WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a hands-on technical lead for CX and cloud-native solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and supporting Amazon Connect-based customer experience solutions
• Building backend services and APIs to integrate CCaaS platforms with core systems
• Managing serverless cloud architectures in AWS, including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway
• Maintaining technical documentation and contributing to deployment and testing standards

You will collaborate closely with solution architects, CX specialists, and delivery teams to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS serverless architectures
• Strong backend/API development skills (Node.js / TypeScript / Python)
• Experience integrating cloud systems with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud deployment processes
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud or CX solutions engineering
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
