Our Summer Intern Programme

At Beca, we believe in empowering you to take charge of your career. That's why our Summer Intern Development Programme is designed to provide you with a deeper understanding of the consulting environment and how your studies translate into the real world.

With a team of over 4,300 across the Asia-Pacific region, you'll have the chance to collaborate with industry experts who are at the top of their game. Working within our multidisciplinary network, which spans various markets such as water, defence, education, healthcare, transportation, infrastructure, food and beverage, and power, you'll gain invaluable experience over your summer break.

For over six years, we have been developing students through our Summer Intern Development Programme. During your internship, you’ll work alongside our teams and other talented students on real-world business challenges. You'll also get to attend networking events and participate in interactive workshops. There really is no better place to gain real work experience and start making everyday better in our communities.
