About the role

We're hiring one videographer to run video across two Perth businesses.

Three days a week at House of Boss, where we help first and second home builders navigate the building process and get into their new home. We're a media first company that happens to sell homes.

Two days a week at Athlete X, a gym, physio clinic, pilates studio and coffee shop, all on one site in Bibra Lake.

Two businesses, two founders, two brands to build through long form and short form video. You will never film the same day twice.

What you'll do at House of Boss (3 days)

• Follow the founder and the team around the office and capture what actually happens
• Turn that footage into short form for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Film long form. Documentary style weekly, plus behind the scenes of real client journeys
• Own the podcast end to end. Film it in our in-house studio, clip it, edit it and publish to YouTube and Spotify
• Cut ad creative from the same footage so it works organically and paid
• Build the founder's personal brand alongside the business
• Drive out to site to film inside new homes and with clients

The goal is that we film everything, then we edit it and use it. Nothing waits for a shoot day.

What you'll do at Athlete X (2 days)

• Behind the scenes across the gym floor, pilates, physio and the cafe
• Short form across Instagram and TikTok
• One long form piece a fortnight
• Build the founder's personal brand alongside the business

The gym runs from 5am, plus afternoons and Saturday mornings, so hours are flexible.

Who we're looking for

• Perth based with your own car. We're in Ardross and Bibra Lake
• You can film and edit
• You know how to tell a story and stop the scroll
• You're fast and willing to experiment. Volume beats perfect
• You can walk into a room, read it, and start filming without being told what to do
• You might not have all the experience yet, but you're willing to work hard, learn and grow with both brands

This is not the role for you if

• You want to specialise on day one. You'll film, edit and upload, start to finish production
• You need constant direction. We provide training, move fast and back people who take initiative
• You want a typical 9 to 5 in one location with no variety
• You want to work from home. This role is on site, in the office and the gym

The details

• $70,000 to $90,000 per year across two contracts, one with each business
• Quarterly incentives at House of Boss tied to leads generated from video content and podcast growth
• Free gym membership at Athlete X
• Flexible work days. Both businesses meet clients and members after hours, so mornings, afternoons and weekends are required sometimes
