Position: Speech Pathologists (Graduates to Early Career – up to 2 years experience)

Location: Locations across Melbourne (Caseload provided within 20 mins from your home!)

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Super (based on experience)

Caseload: Mobile-based role with flexibility to tailor participants to your prefers ie. paeds / adults, neuro divergent, swallowing, AAC devices, literacy, stuttering & fluency etc.

Join a knowledgeable & exciting team of Speech Pathologists supporting a diverse caseload. Benefit from hands on experience from clinic leads with 10+ years' experience. Work across multiple settings including homes, schools, aged care facilities & preschools and choose a caseload tailored to your preference.

You'll also receive weekly ongoing professional development from the director as well as a PD budget of $1,500 annually to spend how you wish.

Graduate to Early Career Speech Pathologists (0–2 years)

Remuneration

Clinician Roles: $80K – $100K + super
