Site Foreman / Site Supervisor - Commercial & Industrial Construction

Our client is an established WA commercial construction contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, industrial, retail, recreation and mixed-use sectors.

They have a strong pipeline of work across Perth, with projects typically ranging from $10m through to $60m+, including several high-profile developments currently underway.

The Opportunity

You don’t need years of supervisory experience. They’re looking for someone driven, switched-on and hungry to progress, who understands construction from the ground up and wants the opportunity to learn under experienced Site Management.

You’ll work closely with the Site Manager, gradually taking on more responsibility across:

• Coordination of subcontractors and trades
• Site logistics and day-to-day activities
• Quality and defect management
• Safety and site compliance
• Reviewing drawings and coordinating works
• Monitoring programme and progress
• Assisting with site documentation and reporting

The intention is to develop you into a capable Site Supervisor and ultimately Site Manager as your experience grows.

About You

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Carpentry trade qualification
• Approximately 1–3 years' experience post-apprenticeship
• Commercial construction experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Confidence communicating with trades and subcontractors
• A proactive, hands-on approach
• Ambition to build a career in Site Management
