Delivery Lead - Cyber

The Delivery Lead - Cyber position is situated within the Value Orchestration Office and reports directly to the Senior Delivery Manager, Divisional Delivery and supports projects across HBF, but primarily in Technology, Risk, Finance and Compliance. Project sizes are usually highly complex. The project manager manages large complex, high risk or high visibility projects, often involving multiple workstream, vendors and senior stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of cyber security, technology delivery, risk, and business transformation, influencing outcomes that have organisation-wide impact.

• Perth or Sydney based

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale cyber security projects and programs.
• Partner with executives, sponsors and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic cyber outcomes.
• Manage multiple workstreams, vendors, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across cyber, architecture, engineering, delivery, risk and compliance.
• Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements including cyber and operational resilience frameworks.
• Drive project governance, reporting and decision-making at executive level.

About you

You'll bring

• Significant experience delivering complex cyber security, technology or transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Experience managing vendors, procurement processes and project finances.
• A track record of leading diverse teams through complex delivery environments.
• Experience in regulated industries such as health, insurance, banking or financial services.
• Expertise in project delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Highly regarded

• Exposure to PCI-DSS, CPS230, CPS234 or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Experience delivering cyber security programs across large organisations.
