As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Leadership and Culture Specialist to join our People & Transformation team. Reporting to our Group Manager Marketing, Brand and Culture this role is responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving Bethanie’s integrated approach to organisational culture, leadership capability, employee experience and belonging.
- Permanent full-time employment, based at our West Perth office
- Flexible working arrangements available, including the opportunity to work from home. We work a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.
The role
- Partner with senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness and organisational culture.
- Support the development and embedding of Bethanie’s Leadership Framework, leadership competencies and development pathways.
- Lead culture, engagement, employee experience and belonging initiatives from design through to implementation.
- Develop and facilitate practical resources, workshops and programs that build leadership capability and strengthen team culture.
- Analyse employee feedback and organisational insights to identify priorities and deliver meaningful, evidence-based improvements.
- Work autonomously while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver strategic culture and leadership outcomes.
About You
You are a proactive and capable culture or organisational development professional who enjoys working both strategically and hands-on to deliver meaningful organisational outcomes. You will ideally bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Communications, Psychology, Business, Social Sciences or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Experience designing and delivering leadership, capability or culture initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including confidence partnering with senior leaders.
- The ability to analyse organisational insights and translate them into practical improvements.
- Strong project management skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
