Business Analyst

Sense is working exclusively with a large Australian organisation making a significant investment in its enterprise AI capability, and we’re helping them build the team to take it forward.

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst who is curious, commercially minded and great with people.

You’ll be getting out into the business, talking to stakeholders, understanding what they’re trying to achieve and working out where AI and technology can genuinely make a difference.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be handed a perfectly defined set of requirements. You’ll need to ask good questions, challenge thinking, uncover opportunities and help turn ideas into something that can actually be delivered.

You’ll work alongside AI, data, architecture, engineering, security and delivery teams, so you’ll be comfortable moving between business and technical conversations.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who can walk into a meeting where the problem isn’t particularly clear and help everyone work out what they’re actually trying to solve.

You’ll build relationships quickly, communicate well and be confident working with senior stakeholders. You’ll be comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy joining the dots.

AI experience would be great, but it’s not essential. It's more about solving business problems. Your background might be across data, digital, automation, transformation or complex technology environments.

What matters most is that you’re genuinely interested in AI, have a consulting mindset and like being involved in shaping the solution, not just documenting it.
