We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a leading engineering manufacturer based south of the river. You'll support a large business transformation program, delivering change across several projects and initiatives at once.

The role suits a certified change practitioner who has led change in complex organisations and wants to build change capability across a large engineering business.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Change Lead, you'll provide change management advisory and specialist services across a portfolio of projects within the transformation program. You'll work closely with Project Managers, business leaders and stakeholders to plan and deliver change. You'll also help leaders and Change Champions build their own change capability.

Key responsibilities include

· Deliver change management for projects and initiatives across the transformation program.

· Manage change advisory and specialist services across a portfolio of projects of varying size and complexity.

· Work with Project Managers, leaders and stakeholders to develop and carry out project change plans.

· Apply change management practices, processes, tools and activities across the business.

· Coach and develop leaders, Change Champions and Project Managers in change leadership.

· Plan and deliver change communications to a wide range of stakeholders.

· Handle governance and reporting in line with program requirements.

A leading engineering manufacturer with a large operational footprint in Perth's southern suburbs. The organisation is investing in a major transformation program to improve how it operates, delivers projects and supports its people.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· 5+ years' experience leading, facilitating and managing change in complex organisations.

· Proven experience designing and putting in place change management practices, processes and activities.

· At least one change management certification at practitioner level or higher (e.g. Prosci, APMG).

· Background in engineering, manufacturing or a similar industrial environment highly desirable.

· Strong application of organisational change management methods and frameworks.

· Strong stakeholder management skills, including managing change communications.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

· Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage several deadlines at once.
