Senior Infrastructure Consultant – Microsoft Security & Datacentre

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Consultant to join a leading technology services environment, delivering complex infrastructure, Microsoft security and datacentre solutions for enterprise customers.

This is a hands-on senior delivery role, working directly with customers to implement and support technology solutions. While there is an element of solution design and presales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver complex infrastructure, Microsoft security and datacentre projects.
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Support solution design, estimates, proposals and technical documentation.
• Act as the senior technical contact throughout project delivery.
• Manage technical risks, changes and delivery dependencies.
• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to junior consultants.
• Support presales activities and customer presentations where required.

• Storage: Pure Storage and Dell Storage
• Backup & Recovery: Veeam
• Datacentre: Fibre Channel, Cisco MDS and enterprise datacentre infrastructure

About You

You will ideally have:

• 5+ years' experience in a senior technical consulting or infrastructure delivery role.
• Experience working within a System Integrator / IT Services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience delivering infrastructure and/or security solutions.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience supporting presales, solution estimation and technical documentation.
• The ability to work across multiple technology domains and lead technical delivery.
