$110K–$130K + Super + Uncapped Commissions (OTE $180K+)

About the Job

As a Corporate Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and securing new corporate accounts across Australia, delivering tailored travel management solutions that meet each client's needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to take ownership of new business growth across the mid-market sector. If you’re an experienced Corporate Travel BDM with strong industry relationships and a proven track record of winning new business, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify and secure new corporate clients across Australia
  • Build a qualified pipeline through prospecting, networking and referrals
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to contract close
  • Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and corporate stakeholders
  • Deliver tailored proposals, presentations and RFP responses
  • Negotiate commercial terms and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting

About You

  • Business Development/ Sales experience in Corporate Travel – essential
  • Proven success securing new mid-market corporate accounts
  • Strong industry networks and established corporate relationships
  • Confident presenting, negotiating and managing complex sales opportunities
  • Experience with RFPs, tenders and procurement processes highly regarded
