Meta Marketing Specialist | Performance Marketing Agency | Melbourne

A Melbourne performance marketing agency is looking for a Meta Marketing Lead to take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts. They work with high-value service businesses, from builders and consultants to premium healthcare providers, and measure success on leads and sales rather than clicks.

This is a full ownership role. You’ll set the strategy, run the campaigns, direct the creative and be the person clients rely on for growth.

What you’ll do

• Onboard new clients, setting strategy, budgets and forecasts from day one
• Build and manage Meta campaigns end to end, including audiences, pixel setup, custom conversions and ongoing optimisation
• Research competitors and creative trends, write ad copy and hooks and brief the design and video team
• Shape the full funnel from ad creative and landing page copy through to CRM integration
• Report to founders in plain commercial terms, focusing on lead quality and revenue
• Manage a portfolio of 20 to 30 accounts

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of performance marketing experience within a digital agency (Meta is essential, agency experience required)
• Experience managing multiple client accounts with real budgets and competing priorities
• Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for what makes an ad stop the scroll
• A solid understanding of funnel architecture from awareness through to conversion
• GoHighLevel or similar CRM experience is a bonus
• The confidence to spot problems and act on them without waiting to be asked
