FP&A Analyst

The Opportunity

The Finance Analyst role delivers insights, analysis, and reporting to support business performance and executive decision-making. This role works closely with the commercial and operational teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and report monthly performance result and commentary
• Preparation of monthly board and leadership reports
• Support the Annual Budget and long range strategic plan preparation
• Coordinate the monthly forecast process
• Develop and maintain models to support planning and decision making
• Month End Journals
• Investigate variance vs forecast and budget, provide commentary
• SG&A Monthly reporting
• Support Sustainability reporting

About You

• 3 - 5 years experience within a similar position
• Experience within FMCG or manufacturing is preferable
• CA or CPA Qualified (or working towards)
• Someone who enjoys asking questions, challenging the status quo and adding value
