Senior Maintenance Supervisor

With a strong pipeline of work and a genuine commitment to its people, the business is continuing to grow and is looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Supervisor or Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

The Role

• Coordinating inspections, repairs and rectification works through to completion.
• A mix of office-based work and site visits
• Conduct site inspections, assess issues and coordinate practical solutions.
• Work alongside a dedicated Maintenance Administrator who manages service bookings, customer correspondence, follow-ups and record keeping.
• Manage schedules, outstanding jobs, repair costs and completion timeframes.
• Work closely with construction teams to maintain quality and improve processes.

About You

• Experience in residential construction, building maintenance or insurance building.
• Looking to take the next step into a leadership or management position.
• A good understanding of residential building practices, repairs and rectification works.
• Experience coordinating trades, subcontractors or multiple jobs at once.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable balancing office-based coordination with site visits across Perth.
• Exposure to Iplex pipe issues would be advantageous, but a willingness to learn is equally important.
