Associate Video Producer

Filmmaker, Ettore Siracusa, and Museum of Migrations, sought the collaboration of a co-producer for a video multimedia project, comprising a suite of six non-fiction short films, exploratory in visual style, sound, narrative and presentation.

Prospective Video Producer would bring into the production his/her individual training and practice with a desire to work in non-fiction, screen media arts.

Responsibilities: Managing and coordinate, jointly with Filmmaker, material and personnel resources; production strategies and shooting schedule; assist filmmaker to secure other key creatives; represent and promote project on suitable online platforms; seek endorsement and exhibition support from art gallery exhibitors, cultural institutions; (filmmaker can provide leads).

Terms of engagement are open to negotiations: typically, a work contract with provision to pay a budgeted fee of up to $10,000, having regard to producing capabilities and sympathetic engagement with project’s vision.
