About the role

Our client is looking for a Property & Commercial Lawyer with 2–3 years PAE to join their Melbourne CBD team. The role will offer a varied mix of general property and commercial matters, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners and build strong, practical experience across both areas.

Your role will include handling a wide range of matters, for example:

• Property acquisitions and sales
• Commercial, retail and industrial leasing
• General property transactions and related advice
• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
• General commercial and business advice
• Liaising directly with clients and other stakeholders

Skills and experience we'd love

• Approximately 2–3 years PAE
• Experience in property and/or general commercial law
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Sound commercial judgement and attention to detail
• Ability to manage matters and competing priorities
• A practical, client-focused approach

This role would suit a lawyer who enjoys variety and is keen to build solid experience across both property and commercial law in a supportive and approachable environment.
