We are looking for an experienced senior engineering leader to drive Platform Engineering, DevOps and Release Management for a leading global mining organisation.

Onsite role

Key Areas Of Responsibility

  • Platform Engineering, DevOps and CI/CD leadership
  • Release management, governance and deployment readiness
  • Configuration and environment management
  • Engineering automation, tooling and developer productivity
  • Leading engineering teams and driving continuous improvement
  • Ensuring reliability, traceability and quality across complex engineering environments

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in complex engineering or mission-critical environments
  • Proven leadership in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Release Engineering or Configuration Management
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD, automation, change control and release governance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and technical decision-making skills
  • Experience with engineering tooling, automation frameworks, AI-enabled developmenttools, and developer productivity practices.
  • Strong technical judgement with the ability to balance engineering quality, operational risk,and delivery objectives
