$180,000 - $200,000 + Super.

Own end-to-end product leadership across an Australia-wide business.

Build the global product roadmap, bring new products to market, improve the existing portfolio, partner with customers on innovation, and build out the product & R&D function.

Must-Haves

Proven product management / product leadership experience (not pure engineering).

Must have owned roadmaps, prioritisation, stage-gate processes, and commercial outcomes.

Experience with industrial / physical products (mechanical preferred, some electrical useful).

B2B or industrial environment essential. Mining/resources is a plus but not mandatory.

Track record of bringing new products to market and optimising existing portfolios (NPD

Strong commercial mindset: translates technical features into clear customer value and revenue impact.

Strongly Preferred

Experience managing or building small R&D / product teams.

Exposure to intellectual property (patents, trademarks, IP register) valuable but secondary to commercial product experience.

Customer-facing innovation work (Voice of Customer, lead customer partnerships).

Experience with outsourced manufacturing / supplier collaboration on product design.
