For more than 75 years, family-owned Higgins Coatings has built its reputation as a national leader in commercial painting and maintenance. We are rapidly growing in the Perth market and as such we are searching for a Business Development Manager who thrives on the chase, confidently starts conversations from scratch and turns new relationships into profitable work.

This is a genuine end-to-end new-business role. You will identify targets, open doors, build relationships, scope and price opportunities & tenders and convert your pipeline into profitable projects. You bring the desire and energy we will coach you on the technical elements of the solution orientated sales process.

You will have the autonomy to plan your territory, pursue the right opportunities and be recognised for the profitable new business you bring in.
