Project Manager

If you've been managing commercial, retail or hospitality fit-outs and are ready for a change, this could be a great next move.

You'll be joining an established national business specialising in commercial office and workplace fit-outs, with almost 100 staff across Australia and NZ, including around 20 in Victoria.

Projects typically range from $1m to $10m, and you'll manage your own projects from pre-construction through to delivery and handover. You'll work closely with in-house design and estimating teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors, with plenty of opportunity to take ownership and make decisions.

The business is privately owned by one Director, whose vision is to leave a lasting legacy: a great place to work and a business that creates amazing fit-outs. That vision is reflected in the culture, with a fun, collaborative team that regularly gets together for lunches, celebrates project wins and comes together for an annual national conference.

They've also recently moved into a new open-plan office in Melbourne's CBD, with easy access to public transport, cafes and everything the city has to offer. It's a great central location and reflects the next stage of the business's growth.

Whether you're an intermediate or Senior Project Manager with a background in commercial construction, we'd be keen to hear from you. Ideally, you'll have experience delivering fit-out projects, but this doesn't have to be workplace. Retail or hospitality fit-out experience would also be relevant. D&C experience isn't essential, as you'll have support from the wider team to learn the company's approach.

The salary is up to $180k plus super, depending on your experience.
