Operations Manager – Water & Wastewater Electrical | Melbourne (Eastern Suburbs) - EOI

Limitless Recruitment is partnering with a well-established electrical engineering and switchboard business to find an Operations Manager. The business specialises in the water and wastewater sector and has a strong reputation with Victoria's major water authorities. This is a senior leadership role for someone who knows the electrical side of water infrastructure inside out.

The role

• Lead day-to-day operations across projects, workshop and field teams.
• Own project delivery from start to finish, including scheduling, resourcing, budgets and quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with water authority clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Drive safety, compliance and continuous improvement across the business.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of project managers, engineers and tradespeople.

About you

• You're currently an Operations Manager, or a Senior Project Manager ready for the next step.
• You have an electrical trade background, such as a licensed electrician, E&I or instrumentation.
• You have proven experience in the water and wastewater industry, ideally with switchboards, pump stations, treatment plants or SCADA and controls.
• You're a hands-on leader with strong commercial sense and communication skills.
• You know your way around safety and compliance in a utility environment.
