Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant

This role will focus on supporting existing clients and growing our footprint across Australia within the Defence sector.

Base Criteria

• 5+ years Recruitment Consultancy experience or
• 7 years' ADF - Army, RAN, RAAF experience maintaining this equipment is also highly regarding
• Defence Sector operational or recruitment experience within manufacturing, repair or assembly; across the following industries: - Shipbuilding, Submarines, Navigation Systems, Armoured Vehicles, Small Arms, Explosive Ordnance, Military Equipment Manufacturers, Military Components or Military Communications.
• Driven, active, self-starter, eager team-player who wants to generate a good income through high commissions (30% to 50%)
• Able to secure a clear National Police Check
• If you have gained this experience Interstate or 8+ years with Defence Tier 1s in the UK and wish to relocate to Perth, please apply!

Outline Duties

• Recruiting Permanent and Fixed-Term roles across Australia.
• Business development, service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Supporting Clients across the whole Defence Spectrum.
