Draftsperson

Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high‑performing team with a strong reputation for designing and building project homes. Established in the early 2000s, they have built a trusted name in the WA residential market through integrity, quality and consistency.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Draftsperson to work across single‑storey projects, including new‑build estates and challenging infill sites for both retail and investor clients. You will be part of a large, collaborative drafting team, working closely with engineers, designers and the broader business to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

You will be supported by 2 excellent leaders who are supportive and committed to your success. They will also consider a trainee/junior Draftsperson who has finished their qualifications and can demonstrate their knowledge of ArchiCAD.

About You

• Previous experience using ArchiCAD is essential
• Working as a residential draftsperson with a WA builder is desirable
• Excellent attention to detail with a solutions‑focused mindset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
