About The Role

This is a part-time opportunity, with a preference for candidates able to commit to approximately 5 hours per day (ideal for school hours and professionals looking for reduced working hours). We are also open to alternative arrangements, such as 3 full days per week, for the right candidate.

Based on site in East Perth, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team while helping maintain smooth project operations and coordination across the site.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working within a collaborative project environment and can confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced construction setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support including coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, managing correspondence, and tracking action items.
  • Liaise with internal engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to support effective communication and project coordination.
  • Maintain site documentation, records, and structured reporting processes to ensure accurate document control and compliance.
  • Support workforce administration including timesheets, payroll/HR queries, and staff travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Assist with procurement and site office operations including raising requisitions, processing invoices, maintaining vendor lists, and supporting safety and stakeholder communications.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Previous experience in a Project Administration, Site Administration, or similar support role
  • Exposure to commercial building or construction projects will be highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships across project teams
  • Experience supporting documentation, reporting, procurement, or invoice processing activities
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong alignment with our values of Care, Integrity, and Excellence
