Commercial Operations / Solutions Executive

  • 4/1 work model – Mondays from home
  • Cremorne based now, CBD offices likely later in the year
  • $85K + super on offer

This is not a sales role.

It’s the engine room behind it.

We’re looking for a Commercial Solutions Executive who thrives on detail, process, and precision — someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and structure to bring campaigns to life.

If you’re the kind of person who takes pride in getting things right, enjoys building from the ground up, and prefers being the operator behind high-performing sales teams (rather than the one out pitching), this role will suit you perfectly.

The Role

You’ll sit at the centre of the commercial team, supporting Partnerships Managers across VIC and QLD to build high-quality proposals and deliver campaigns seamlessly from brief through to reporting.

This is a hands-on, systems-driven role where your ability to manage detail, juggle multiple tasks, and produce accurate outputs will directly impact revenue and client success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Proposal & Sales Support

  • Build the core components of agency and client responses
  • Develop site lists, audience insights and supporting materials
  • Contribute to polished, data-led presentations

Data, Reporting & Systems

  • Run and interpret MOVE reports (pre and post campaign)
  • Work across CRM, reporting tools and internal systems
  • Translate data into clear, usable outputs

Campaign Delivery

  • Coordinate campaigns from booking through to completion
  • Manage schedules, assets, compliance and reporting
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time

Content & Asset Management

  • Manage the flow of creative between clients, agencies and internal teams
  • Track approvals, chase assets and ensure deadlines are met

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate CRM and campaign data
  • Improve workflows and processes where possible
  • Take ownership of outputs with a high level of accountability

About You

  • 2–4 years’ experience in media, advertising, sales support or commercial operations
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting tools and PowerPoint
  • Strong Excel skills (essential)
  • Experience with tools like MOVE, CRM systems or similar (preferred)
  • Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused

Most importantly — you enjoy operational work.
