Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the Residential Marketing team with operational campaign tasks and activities across our business products, channels, collateral, budgets, reporting, teams and workflows.

This role is a permanent, full‑time opportunity with hybrid working arrangements.

Let’s Talk About You

• Support the development, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across our core products and channels.
• Maintain and update activity across traditional and digital channels, including web, email, social, display and affiliate.
• Assist with creating, auditing and maintaining advertising materials, brochures, sales documents, videos and other assets.
• Track and reconcile budgets, raise purchase orders and manage finance requests.
• Compile campaign data, update performance reports and maintain team trackers.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth campaign delivery.
• Help maintain team processes, including Jira cards, briefs, documentation and campaign calendars.
• Provide ad hoc support such as competitor research, event assistance and last‑minute tasks.

How will you support our “Why?”

• Tertiary qualification (or current study) in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Confident communicator who collaborates well and follows instructions effectively.
• Comfortable using digital tools, including Microsoft Office; experience with Jira, Figma or Ads Manager is an advantage.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a willingness to jump in and support the team.
• Genuine interest in marketing and a basic understanding of campaign activity, with eagerness to learn.
