Retail Area Manager

TwoScots Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading national retail business to recruit two Area Managers across Victoria.

This is a hands-on multi-site leadership role overseeing a portfolio of stores across West / Northwest Melbourne and Regional Victoria. Suited to an experienced Area, Cluster or Regional Manager, this role offers the opportunity to join a fast-paced, operational retail environment with a strong focus on team leadership, store performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee performance across multiple retail stores throughout VIC
• Lead, coach and support Store Managers and teams
• Drive sales, KPI and operational performance
• Conduct regular store visits to maintain standards and support development
• Ensure strong customer service, visual merchandising and compliance standards
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management
• Manage stock control and operational issues across stores

What We’re Looking For

• Proven multi-site retail leadership experience
• Background within high-volume or stock-heavy retail environments
• Experience across homewares, bulky goods or specialty retail highly regarded
• Hands-on leadership style with strong commercial acumen
• Comfortable travelling regularly across metro and regional VIC locations
