This is: what you’ll do

• Functional design and configuration across SAP IS-U Billing and Customer Service
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional solutions
• Deliver end-to-end solution support across design, build, test, and deployment phases
• Drive improvements in billing accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience
• Support system integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms
• Manage SIT and UAT activities, providing hands-on functional support
• Produce clear functional documentation and configuration artefacts
• Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with technical teams and delivery partners to ensure quality outcomes

• Proven experience as an SAP IS-U Functional Consultant
• Strong expertise in SAP IS-U Billing and Customer Service modules
• Experience working in utilities or energy sector environments
• Exposure to complex SAP and non-SAP integrations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in large, fast-paced delivery programs
