About the Opportunity
Work on high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional restructuring and litigation matters alongside a market-leading partner recognised for advising on some of the most significant insolvencies.
Develop deep expertise in complex insolvencies, class actions and innovative litigation funding strategies, partnering with top-tier clients including listed companies to build relationship across insolvency practitioners, bankers, and Board-level executives.
About You
You will need to be an Australian-qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 - 4 PQE with experience in litigation focused in restructuring & insolvency.
