National Dealer Fleet Manager - Automotive OEM

ABOUT THE COMPANY - A global manufacturer recognised as a multinational leader of light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles, city and intercity buses and coaches, fire fighting vehicles, defence vehicles and off-road vehicles.

ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the National Retail Manager, this role is responsible for developing and supporting Dealer Fleet Sales across Australia

YOUR JOB REQUIREMENTS;

• Support the Network to drive Fleet Sales through existing customers
• Seek out opportunities for new fleet customer accounts, direct and through the established dealer network
• Maintain positive relationships with corporate clients, government agencies etc, to understand their future fleet requirements, as well as provide them with the most cost-effective fleet management solutions and vehicle options to secure future opportunities
• Develop and deliver effortless end to end customer experience for all fleet customer accounts
• Preparation of tender applications
• Preparation of sales performance reporting

WE ARE LOOKING FOR;

• Ideally you will have worked in a similar role in supporting Fleet Dealer Network from an OEM level, developing fleet sales and are well networked in the fleet space
• Minimum of 3 years within a sales, business development & fleet function for an Automotive OEM within Australia
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work closely with procurement managers and/or C level finance contacts to provide them with the best fleet solutions
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to contribute to high value tender applications
• Intermediate MS office skills
