Joinery Draftsperson

An established high-end residential builder with a strong focus on custom homes and interiors is seeking an experienced Joinery Designer / Drafter to join their growing Interiors Department.

This role will suit someone with strong c abinetry and joinery knowledge, confidence working directly with clients, and Revit experience. You’ll be involved from concept through to final documentation, playing a key role in delivering detailed, high-quality joinery solutions for bespoke homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client joinery appointments and present design concepts
• Prepare pre- and post-appointment joinery and concept drawings
• Manage and document client joinery amendments
• Carry out joinery quality checks

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Joinery Designer or Drafter
• Strong cabinetry and residential joinery knowledge
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Ability to work in a client-facing role with confidence
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Experience working on custom or high-end residential projects (preferred)
