Remote Payroll Officer
Michael Page
Looking for a payroll role that gives you true flexibility without compromising on scale or complexity? Step into a high-impact position where your work directly supports one of Australia's largest and most respected organisations.
Client Details
Our client is a leading ASX-listed organisation and one of the largest employers in Australia, with a significant national footprint and a reputation for operational excellence, stability, and long-term growth. With thousands of employees across multiple sites and functions, they operate at scale, offering the opportunity to work in a complex and sophisticated payroll environment that will truly enhance your technical capability.
Renowned for their people-first culture, this organisation invests heavily in the development, wellbeing, and engagement of its workforce. You'll be joining a business that prioritises collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement, where ideas are valued and employees are empowered to contribute to meaningful change.
The payroll function is well-established, high-performing, and supported by strong, approachable leadership that fosters learning, accountability, and career progression. You'll be part of a tight-knit and highly collaborative team, despite the remote working model, with consistent communication, support, and shared success at its core.
From a flexibility perspective, this role is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in Australia, offering genuine work-life balance without sacrificing career growth. While the position operates on Perth business hours, the organisation is known for being forward-thinking and accommodating, ensuring employees are set up for success in a remote environment.
This is an opportunity to join a household-name employer that combines scale, structure, and stability with flexibility and a genuinely supportive culture - an increasingly rare combination in today's market.
