Ecommerce Manager

TwoScots Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading Australian retail business to recruit an Ecommerce Trading Manager – Marketplace for their Melbourne head office.

This is a highly commercial, fast-paced ecommerce role focused on driving online sales performance across a major marketplace channel. Sitting within a large and dynamic ecommerce function, this role is all about trading, promotions, marketplace optimisation and revenue growth.

The role will suit a commercially minded ecommerce or marketplace professional who thrives in a busy retail environment, enjoys working at pace and has the confidence to challenge stakeholders, drive ideas and take ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive marketplace sales performance and revenue growth
• Manage pricing, promotions, EDM activity and daily trading performance
• Analyse sales and campaign results to improve conversion and revenue
• Coordinate product uploads, catalogue updates and SKU optimisation
• Partner with internal teams and Myer stakeholders to execute campaigns
• Ensure accuracy across pricing, promotions and marketplace activity
• Identify issues and proactively improve processes and performance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience within Ecommerce Trading, Marketplace or Online Retail environments
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving sales performance
• Exposure to marketplace platforms such as Myer Marketplace, Amazon, Catch or similar
• Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and push back
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical capability and ability to interpret trading performance
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-volume retail environment
