Role Overview

As an Enterprise Data Modeler within the Data Platform Modernisation Program, you will play a key role in shaping and defining enterprise data structures that underpin a modern data platform.

You will translate business rules into scalable, robust data models that enable high-quality, governed, and analytics-ready data assets.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Design end-to-end data models - from conceptual to physical, shaping enterprise-grade data foundations
• Turn business logic into scalable assets - build reusable, future-proof data structures that drive value
• Lead enterprise data modelling - contribute to a multi-domain model powering critical use cases
• Drive consistency & collaboration - align definitions across business, analytics, and engineering teams
• Champion trusted data - embed governance, quality, and standards to deliver reliable, analytics-ready insights

Skills & Experience

• Deep expertise in enterprise data modelling - design conceptual, logical, and physical models in complex environments
• Modern architecture capability - hands-on experience with layered modelling (Bronze / Silver / Gold) and scalable data patterns
• Translate business into data - strong ability to convert requirements into robust, reusable data structures
• Drive standards & governance - enforce consistent data models, definitions, and quality across domains
• Strong stakeholder engagement - collaborate effectively across business, analytics, and engineering teams in modern data platforms
