The Role

Due to continued growth, our client is now looking to appoint an experienced Designer to work across single and double storey projects.

• Producing accurate, high-quality design sketches that meet company standards and client requirements.
• Creating functional and innovative designs for single and double-storey homes in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with Sales Consultants and internal stakeholders to address design and construction challenges, ensuring practical and compliant outcomes.
• Partnering with the Estimating team to deliver cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality or buildability.
• Maintaining a strong focus on design efficiency, construction feasibility, and customer satisfaction throughout the design process.

About You

• Experience working for a Project or Custom Home builder
• Positive and self-motivated attitude
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and standards
