Perth, WA | 6-Month Fixed Term | Immediate Start

We are partnering with a major Tier 1 builder to recruit an experienced Contracts Specialist – Design for a Perth-based contract opportunity.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team and play a key role in managing and negotiating design-related agreements on a significant project.

Role Description

Based in the Perth office, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement and negotiation of contracts with design consultants, ensuring commercial outcomes are aligned with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the negotiation of design consultancy agreements, including:
• TSA (Technical Services Agreements)
• DSA (Design Services Agreements)
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align contract strategies with project delivery
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks
• Ensure contracts are commercially robust and compliant with company standards
• Manage contract documentation and provide ongoing commercial support.

About You

• Proven experience in a Contracts Specialist / Contracts Administrator role within construction or major infrastructure
• Strong background working with design-related contracts and consultants
• Demonstrated experience negotiating TSA and DSA agreements
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
