Senior Performance Marketing Manager — Perth WA

We're working with a well-regarded independent digital agency in Perth that partners with ambitious organisations across a wide range of digital disciplines — performance marketing, SEO, content, web, data and optimisation. They're known for making complex digital ecosystems feel clear and commercially valuable for their clients, and right now they're growing their team.

The Role

This is a senior, hands-on position for a performance marketer who's equally comfortable shaping strategy as they are getting into the detail of campaign delivery. You'll lead digital marketing across a portfolio of key accounts — connecting paid media, SEO, data and customer journey thinking to drive measurable outcomes for clients.

You'll work closely with account, strategy and development teams, turning complex digital challenges into clear direction and practical action. You'll also play a meaningful role in shaping how the agency evolves its digital marketing approach — influencing how they plan, measure, report and deliver growth going forward.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading performance marketing strategy and delivery across a portfolio of clients spanning paid search, paid social and SEO
  • Digging into data and analytics to uncover meaningful insights and translate them into clear, commercially focused recommendations
  • Building digital marketing roadmaps aligned to client business objectives and customer journey goals
  • Leading client conversations — presenting with confidence, challenging thinking and guiding better decision-making
  • Identifying friction points across the digital customer journey and recommending improvements across media, content and web
  • Mentoring and supporting team members through complex problems
  • Contributing to how the agency continues to develop its strategic digital marketing offering

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing or growth — agency, consultancy or complex in-house environment preferred
  • Strong hands-on capability across paid search, paid social and SEO
  • Solid working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
  • Ability to translate data into insight and commercially relevant recommendations
  • Confident client leadership skills — you're comfortable presenting to and challenging senior stakeholders
  • Experience developing digital marketing roadmaps tied to business and customer journey objectives
  • Genuine curiosity about how search, AI, content and data are changing customer behaviour
