- Based in Perth, the role sits within a busy disputes practice where you will be exposed to insurers, counsel, experts and real litigation processes from the beginning.

About the role
- You will be assisting with the preparation of advice, pleadings, witness material, settlement documents and general correspondence.
- Reviewing medical evidence, expert reports and key documents to help lawyers assess liability, quantum and strategy.
- Preparing chronologies, evidence summaries and research notes to support the progression of matters.
- Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and court staff as matters move through different stages of litigation.
- Preparing bundles, court materials and documents for conferences, mediations and hearings.
- You will be supported to develop your litigation skills through hands-on matter exposure, direct mentoring and a collaborative team that takes junior development seriously.
The ideal candidate
- The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years’ post-admission experience, ideally with some exposure to litigation, insurance or dispute resolution matters.
- Able to commit to full-time work in Perth
- Full working rights in Australia
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
- Genuine interest in litigation and insurance law
