Contract Role.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing strategy and execution for infrastructure and identity-related systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in infrastructure testing, identity and access management (IDAM) solutions, and enterprise platforms such as Okta, Active Directory, and SuccessFactors.
The role requires leadership capabilities, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage infrastructure testing activities across environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Prod
Define and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks for infrastructure and platform testing
Drive testing for Identity & Access Management (IDAM) systems including Okta, Active Directory (AD, SuccessFactors (integration testing aspects).
Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams for end-to-end validation
Design and execute test cases, test scripts, and defect management processes
Oversee service virtualization setup and usage for dependent system
Validate infrastructure components including storage systems (NetApp), networks, and integration
Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices (ISTQB
Lead defect triage meetings and provide root cause analysis
Provide status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication
Mentor and guide junior testers, driving best practices across the QA team
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Strong experience in Infrastructure Testing / System Integration Testing
Proven expertise in one or more IDAM technologies Okta, Active Directory, Identity & Access Management frameworks and SuccessFactors integrations (preferred exposure)
Hands-on experience with NetApp storage system
Experience working with Service Virtualization tools/platform
Solid understanding of Network and infrastructure component, Authentication and authorization flow and Security and compliance testing.
Strong working knowledge of test management and defect tracking too
ISTQB certification (Foundation/Advanced level preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Ability to manage stakeholders and work in fast-paced project environment
Desirable Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipeline
Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Rest Assured)
Experience in enterprise-scale transformation programs
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant certifications in Testing (ISTQB) and/or Identity Management are advantageous
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
Effective stakeholder communication and reported
Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
