- Fixed term, part-time role earning $81,496 - $98,955 per year, plus super.
What You Will Do
As project and policy officer, you will support legal policy and legislative reform projects across a range of priority areas.
You will work on policy, project and administrative tasks while building your knowledge of government processes.
You Will
- assist with the development and delivery of legislation, regulations and parliamentary materials
- support project planning, delivery and monitoring to meet deadlines and objectives
- prepare evidence-based reports, briefings, papers and presentations for decision-makers
- develop subject matter knowledge to support reform and government priority projects
- maintain accurate records, identify risks and contribute across a range of policy projects.
About You
A tertiary qualification is not required. Qualifications in law, public policy or a related field are desirable.
You Should Also Have
- knowledge of or experience in law or policy development
- strong organisational and communication skills
- the ability to work collaboratively, adapt to change and support others
- experience with Victorian Government processes or project delivery would be advantageous.
