About The Role

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where you’ll shape the direction of a multidisciplinary Allied Health team of around 40 employees driving meaningful outcomes for customers and their families across WA.

This role reports to the Executive Manager, Therapy Services and works closely with senior leaders.

Full Time

Fixed Term 6 Month Contract commencing, 1st July 2026.

Day To Day, You Will

  • Lead a multidisciplinary Allied Health team delivering high-quality, strengths-based Therapy Services
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture where people feel supported to do their best work
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure services are delivered within budget and meet strategic and operational KPIs
  • Contribute to service innovation across Therapy Services including Early Intervention and Assistive Technology
  • Provide expert guidance on complex clinical and operational challenges
  • Drive continuous improvement and champion best practice across Therapy Services

About You

You’re a people-focused leader with strong clinical and operation capability, and a genuine passion for high-quality Therapy Services. You bring:

  • A relevant Allied Health qualification with current registration or membership
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a complex service environment
  • Strong understanding of strengths-based, person-centred Therapy Services
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, resources and performance
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience driving service improvement, innovation and change
  • Experience in disability or the NDIS sector (desirable)
  • Right to work in Australia and ability to obtain required clearances
